Wouldn't a dyno reclass to TTC with 215HP result in a weight of 2580 lbs? (215 * 12.00)

What am I missing?

Also saw that Jason Kohler finished 3rd in PTE in his first season in the Miata
It's his second season in the Miata. He took first last year in PTE.

Great job Dan, Chi, Wynn, Dysen and John! I was trying to follow the timing over the weekend but it seemed like they were having some issues from time to time. I wish they had some live internet footage like at Miller last year. I figured that Firebird and M3 in TTB were going to be tough, but didn't know there would be an equally fast Subie.

Congrats to all. I tried to keep up as much as possible, but coverage was spotty. Hope to be able to attend next year.

The guy in the fast TTb Subie is a good friend of mine. He and I came up thru HPDE together, and he's been dominating Great Lakes/Midwest this year. He's a real good guy, but also a reason I've made sure to stay in C.

I wonder if they will bring NASA Nationals back to Mid Ohio

NASA East Coast Championship for 2015 will be at VIR. I bet 2016 will be Mid Ohio or National Corvette Museum.

Ah..I didn't realize Jason had the Miata for two years now (but thinking about it now, that makes sense).

I'd love to see the event back at Mid Ohio for 2016, although, having said that, I've never been to VIR and would love to make a trip out there

You're looking at it wrong. Dyno Reclass doesn't mean you get to run at class ratio. If it were that simple than one would not have to request for a reclass and just use simple formulas. There's an internal formula that Greg G uses for reclasses that he does not disclose.
