On their website it sounds like they can make one with supercharger mounting holes if you request it.

What does "should not be a slip fit" mean in this application? (Not seeing any need to fit this damper. Just curious.)

All this term implies is that your dampner should be a press-fit/inteference fit, if it's loose enough on the crank to slide on and off easily then it is not going to do it's best job as a vibration dampner.
