IMO this is nothing at all to worry about. The first instant that tire-shine hits the road, it's gone and you're on the rubber underneath.

It won't cling to rubber on the contact portion of the tire actually driving over an abrasive surface. No way.
NSX incident 90% likely to have been DRIVER ERROR.

Driver in question was taking the same onramp he has taken many times and wasn't push it. After the accident, he verified there wasn't anything on the ground that could have contributed to the crash.
