Devsport turnaround times & communication
Looking for experiences on turnaround times and potential advice for contacting Devsport. I made an order 9 days ago, received an order confirmation immediately. Their shipping policy says they ship most orders within 2-3 business days and if there are any product availability issues "we will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment."
Since then, I have tried calling, leaving voicemails, email, facebook messages, and haven't heard any response. They're still posting on social media so I am just looking for an order status because darnit I have lots of understeer.
I understand racing parts suppliers are a little different, but I guess I am feeling a little screwed because I made an order with "safe margin" based on the expectations they set in their terms and conditions. Devsport also does not take returns unless it's the wrong item or manufacturer defect, so I can't even go to another supplier or risk wasted money.
Any tips? Should I just bolt my splitter to the roof of my car and spin into a wall?

They still never responded to me by phone, email, facebook, or instagram but I did get a shipping notification yesterday so assuming everything arrives ok I guess we are all good.
They should update their website though, 2-3 day shipping is obviously misleading and to have such stringent policies on the consumer policies but not follow their own guidelines is suspect.
