Drivers Ed Track Days (roll bar?)
I want to start going to some of the track days that my local car clubs host. However, I have a feeling they are going to give me some cr@p about installing another roll bar etc. These are not competitive races, these are drivers education days.
Do any S2000 owners have any experience with these? Do I need rollbars to get on the track?
Thanks!

It varies widely by the track and the club hosting the track day.
The tracks around me don't require roll bars for track days, some clubs require aftermarket roll bars, and the BMW club flat out excludes all convertibles.

What PFB said. Contact the event organizer to make sure. And if that event organizer requires an aftermarket roll bar, ask them if it's a requirement of the track or of their organization.
Many times one organization will require aftermaket bars while another will not, even at the same track. Shop around organizations until you find one that meets your needs. My feeling is that the stock bars are perfectly safe for DE events.
