What are your experiences with D2 racing coilovers?

What spring rates would you recomend?

This would be on a daily driven car (only nice weather) with occasional road course time (2-4 track days a year)

I have driven the D2's shortly.

I like them but they are too hard for daily driving

 

They are OK at best. A friend of mine blew his after a few months of daily driving. They are a bit stiff for daily driving.
