Default Effect of matching front & rear spring rates?

Seeing as how our cars have a lower spring rate in the front than the rear, what is the effect when a coilover system like Tein RA or RS is installed where the spring rates are the same on all 4 corners? Does it make the car easier/harder to control, cause more understeer/oversteer?

It depends on several things, but chiefly the damper settings, front and rear ride height (actually roll axis height) and antiroll bar settings (which are easy to change). And of course, tire stagger has a huge effect. So going to equal spring rates all around doesn't necessarily sentence you to terminal understeer -- there's lots of room for adjustment.

Also ask the opinion of people that have the BuddyClub coilovers. They are 10K F/R.
