Default Fixed Position Seat Brackets

Hey,

I'm in the process of figuring out my ideal seat setup, with my goals being weight savings and the lowest possible seat-position.

I haven't been able to find a fixed-position seat setup, but I know there has to be one out there. I don't have any desire for a slider. I will most likely go with a Recaro SPG/Profi seat, so the brackets would be for that.

Do you guys have any info for me?

Thanks!

-Connor

I'm kind of looking for the same thing as well but it needs to fit a large seat (profi XL) and must be able to put the seat on the floor. I'm probably just going to buy some side mounts and then make the bottom separate and go from there. Shouldn't be too hard to do.

Build it.

You will find that when you use the side mounts, it will limit your mounting options. It was the mounting hardware the was the major issue for me. I ended up building the base and having the sides made and welded into place.. Now it did take a few tries to get the seat exactly where I wanted it. But in the end I am very happy.

bride FX-type rail is fixed position but iv heard that it sits a little high. because of that i decided to just make my own. i already had a set of sparco aluminum side mounts so i just bought some plain bars at home depot and made my own base. cost me under 40 bucks to do both driver and passenger

I have a PCI seat rail that I'm selling. It's fixed position and very, very solid. I'm just too short for it. Should fit a profi just right. PM me if interested.
