For a car that gets a handful of track weekends per year what are you doing for tranny/diff fluid change intervals? I was debating changing both as the car is on jack stands now, but I just looked and only have ~ 8k miles on Honda MTF and 10k miles on Amsoil rear diff fluid. I get it that fluids are cheap, but I don't want to be wasteful either. I would guess maybe 3 track weekends on each...

Is "a handful of track weekends per year" more severe than the Severe Service criteria? Are you consuming brake pads and tires at an alarming rate? Almost seems like we all change our fluids even before this schedule calls for it. But overkill always works and we're talking less than 3 quarts of synthetic lubricants.

Anyone done an oil analysis on the gearbox or differential? Curious what they look like. I do my engine oil.
