Default Goodridge lines issue........

I installed the goodridge lines today on my S.

I'm getting leaking out of the top part where the braided line connects to the hard line. I've tightened it fully, and it's still leaking.

Anyone else had this issue? I'm thinking of trying some teflon tape to fix it, but right now, I'm curious why it would do this at all.

And it happens on ALL FOUR!

I did too. that has nothing to do with it, IMO.

they're simply leaking under pressure.

My only guess would be to use teflon tape?

what kinda fittings are they ? To tighten fittings you should put them on as far as you can by hand then give 1/4 to 1/2 turn and thats it.

If they leak, don't use them. There is nothing you can add to fix them.

I know where you were coming from. Your install sounded like it went just fine. The OP on the other hand sounds like he has a bad set of lines.

Using teflon tape or pipe dope is good practice.

That doesn't mean not using it is necessarily the source of the OP's problem.
