Default Help me tune out understeer!

When I drive very fast up to a corner and slam on the brakes, the car doesn't want to turn... it keeps going straight!

I've heard this thing is called "understeer" and I'm looking for the best way to tune it out.

I'm thinking of putting 285s up front with 255s in the rear to help with front cornering grip. Also thinking about removing the FRONT swaybar to help the rear come around.

What do you think?

Sorry, had to do it.
Silly season is driving me crazy. I need to move someplace warm. Durn snow.

You know the slushy stuff in a "blended" margherita? Imagine that stuff all over the roads... complete with salt, but a little less tequila.

I think that might have something to do with your understeer?

I suggest something I've seen online called "snow tires."
You mean I can't run Hoosiers in the snow? I thought they were supposed to be faster everywhere?
