The Sparco Evo2 I bought for my 240sx fit me when I was up to 240+Lbs. It is extremely loose now that I am back down to 190lbs.

You may want to check the Sparco Pro2000, though I don't know how it fits in the S2K.

Wow. That's some serious weight loss! Congrats on getting back into shape.

I too have a 36" waist and bought the recaro pole position. It's a good fit, could gains few pounds and it would still fit. Mines on buddy club rails and it dropped the seat ht approx 1"

honestly id go with the recaro pole positions over the rest if you want comfort along with the safety factor. that seat with the buddy club low down rails will give you the most adjustment for your size. i was 235 at the time with a 36" waste and 6' tall. ive tried the evo 2 and a few other seats for us bigger boys. if you are lucky enough to have a shop that sells seats nearby or know a few people with race seats, try them all out. each seat will feel completely different.

Recaro Pole Position gets my vote as well. My brother can sit in it fine and he's a 38" waist. It also fits great in the s2k. No rubbing and doesn't block the glove box.
