You should be able to get -2 in the front easily without buying a camber kit, just move the caster. And if you're not pursuing zero toe, you should be able to get -3 rear camber. IIRC, you can get -3 camber in the rear but you'll have a little toe in. If you are lowered at least 3/4 inch you should be able to get -3 in the rear easy.

Is there a discernable difference in quality between the J's and SPC? The J's are significantly more pricey. As a caveat, I autocross a lot, so i drive the car very hard, and often. So is the J's worth the extra money considering the way the car is driven?

Also....there's 2 kits, The (S1) - $332. per pair:

And the (L1) - $450 per pair:

The L1 has the addition of roll center adjuster plates.

I'm prepping the car for STR so my questions are:

1- is the L1 STR legal?

and if so:

2- Is the L1 advantageous/neccessary?

3- What does a roll center adjuster plate do?

Right now I can only get about 1.9 degrees of neg. camber and definitely feel I could use more.
The J's camber kit is an offset lower ball joint and once installed will not move or change position.

The SPC is a sliding upper ball joint and can potentially move with force. I asked SPC about this and they say they do not suggest that the unit will not change position under racing/track conditions.

The SPC will move the upper ball joint inward to gain neg camber.
The J's will move the lower ball joint outward to gain neg camber, which has the advantage of increasing track.

I do not know what is allowed in AutoX class rules.

The J's with roll center adjusters is a 2 piece unit so you have the option of adding the piece that will move the lower a arm ball joint down further or not.
