The other thing to check is your front compliance bushing. I was having issues with caster and when I checked, both of my bushings were torn, so the caster adjustment cam bolt wasnt doing much. I replaced them and caster adjustment worked again.

Set your caster before your camber. Im surprised you're having troubles though getting both with the camber joints.

Best way to gain castor is by adding camber via ball joint, backing off the factory camber adjuster, and maxing the factory castor adjuster. Slightly lowered, with J's S1 camber joint, I was able to achieve 3.5 degrees negative camber, and 8 degrees castor.

I doubt it, his camber would be limited lower than the stock range if it were backwards. There's no way he'd be able to get -3.2 with the balljoints offset outwards.

Have you personally looked at the bolts to verify they are both maxed?

It's easy to see where the adjusters are set. You want the lower a-arm extended outward as much as possible at the caster adjuster for max caster. You also want the lower a-arm extended outward as much as possible at the camber adjuster for max camber.

OP: did you ever figure out why you couldn't get more caster?

My complinance bushings are torn so that may be the case. I got it realigned and the specs are as follows:
Front: -3.3 camber, 0 toe, 5 caster.
My steering wheel however does not like to return to center completely (returns to a 45 degrees and I have to countersteering it back to center) and steering input is very light.
Don't know if that's due to a bent steering rack or from not enough caster.
