No, all the weight will be on the one hub and the spring will compress more than usual. Measure the exact height from the ground to the center of the hub. Remove the wheel and jack the hub back to that same level.

or, when car is flat on floor, measure from the floor to hard point on the car that is easy to measure accurately. record. use one jack to jack car up, take wheel off and use another jack under the lower ball joint and release the weight onto this jack by release the jack under the car. lower the car to the height it was before.

Guessing where the center of the hub is has more variance.

So I measured the points

The front looks like 11.5 to top of hub cover and 12.25 at center of hub. Looks like 2.5 inches of travel which is great

The rear measures 11 at top of hub and 12 at center of axle. Travel looks to be 1.2-1.5 inch of travel

I am raising the car 0.5 at the spring so that should give me some additional travel. I hope the rear feel changes as I think I was kissing the bump stops under hard loads

Then use a wheel stud. As you jack the car around removing the wheel the suspension loads up and the body position will change. Just put the hub back to where it would be if it had a wheel & tire on it. You can even put the jack on the ball joint perpendicular to the car so it will roll as you bounce the suspension to settle it.
