Did you hit that cone in the first pic... if not that is some precision driving

Nope....no cones on either Thursday or Friday....that is a first! Usually I manage to kill a few of those stinky little orange protuberances on the courses.....

I wanted to make sure I stayed clean throughout to make sure I got a good clean time. When I saw the videos of my run, I realized I was driving much closer to the cones that I actually thought...

Doesn't powdercoated wheels and cleared headlights put you out of stock?

Nah, the weight of the paint offsets the loss of weight from removing the lens .

BTW, Rylan, haven't you explored that weight saving procedure yet?

Thanks everyone! I had a great time this past week. I was pretty down after getting beaten in the ProSolo championship, but taking the Nationals win made up for it. What an awesome feeling - getting an ice-water cooler shower I mean.

Congrats to Juliann who took the BSL win by .042 and to Brad (Solo2racer) who took 5th in BS.

Our car worked flawlessly, especially in the rain. I'm glad this event highlighted one of the strengths of our Moton shocks - range of adjustment. With the s2k, you need such an agressive setup in the dry that most shocks can't get soft enough for the wet. The Motons have a very wide range, making them more versatile.

Case in point - Ian (mrsideways) with the Konis was good Thursday in the rain - and Andy was good Friday in the dry. But our car was good both days, and Nationals is most certainly about both days.

Big thanks to King Motorsports, Moton, Pagid and Hoosier for their support. We couldn't have won these championships without them!

Woohoo!

A pic of the mistress out playing in the rain - she isn't topless because it was Nationals and I wanted to concentrate. Getting a lap full of water hampers concentration, so don't be too hard on me for havin' the lid up!

Congrats to Jason and Juliann! What a team, maybe next year you'll give Brad and Ian a chance.

BTW, was Jim Reyenga Ian's co-driver?
