Inside rear wheel spin!
Another failure mode is for the lip on the bushing to crack or tear, which allows the bushing to slip sideways out of the bracket. Then you wind up with the bar flopping around loose within the bracket. Yet another way to achieve incurable inside wheel spin. That happened to me with the Energy Suspension bushings. They were 5 or 6 years old.
Prothane is your friend. I never once failed a Prothane bushing or bracket in my S2000. I wore them out (loose on the bar) about every 3 years, though. Use the non-greasable type, and I lubed them up with plumber's silicone grease once or twice a year.

I figure the swaybar bracket may have already been broken for the 2007 National Tour in Houston. (Steve weren't you pitted next to me in that borrowed s2000 for that event?) Now, maybe I had a bad day, but I seemed to be over 2 seconds off my normal pace..
