Default installing passenger harness

I have a 5 point simpson harness for the passenger side. the top 2 straps will wrap around the Elda Engineering roll bar (i believe the roll bar is renamed harddog?).

I was wondering if any welding will be needed for the 2 side straps and the sub strap?

Welding for what? They should just bolt in.

I think you could do either. Welding will require carpet removal but you can always put the carpet back in. Althought that will require bigger holes to be cut in the carpet to get it over the eye bolts. Why don't you do the same as you did for the driver side?
