I’m the taller bro. We both use this same screen name. I am 6’2’’ and these cars are not tall guy friendly at all. Once my seat was mounted to all the way to the bottom, the view through the window was much nicer. I’ll post some pictures later today. Car is currently hibernating.

I`m 6'-0", 36 waist, and currently installing OMP-ARS on Buddy Club sliders. Seats will be set as LOW as possible, including banging out a hump in the floor pan and a small notch to the sides of the seats to get me to the lowest seating position. I`ve cut out the carpet and the seat will end up sitting a hair off the sheet metal.
Aside from that I have a set of Backyard special rails and still have the stock rails.
I can take pics with all three setups and try to measure the difference - but it's about two weeks from happening (newborn at home...)

Thanks, 916 and NoDelta. If NoDelta's having to go to that kind of effort at 6 even, I think I'd probably be better off starting with a car that fits me better. In any event, I'll hold off for now. I suspect that at my first event this spring there will be at least 1 S2k there with a race seat, and I'll chat with it's owner and have a sit.

I wouldn't say that I "have" to go to that kind of effort.
I drove the car for 6 years on the stock seat mounts and fit fine.
I installed the backyard rails 2 years ago and fit fine.
Now, I`m trying to get the car as safe as possible (2 young kids at home) and to me that means getting as low as possible. I`m definitely taking the hard route to get the OMPs sitting on the floor pan, because its a relatively small effort now for seats I`ll have for the next 5 years.
