KW V3 setting with R-Compound tires

Yup, I'll go with Bills suggestion too.
I have to suffer some dreadful roads here in Southern England.
But, I have found the box settings just don't control as they should.
I'm on a non stagger now, aero and solid front 30mm bar with road rubber.
Bills suggested start point is excellent, if a little harsh on UK roads.
I've been using them for a couple of weeks.
The rear hops a bit on tight exits, so wondering if I might try disabling the rear bar, al-la Robispec next?

Does the rear 'hop' under acceleration or steady-state cornering?
Try softening the compression 1 click all around and see how it affects the compliancy (as a street setting).
Maybe try softening just rear compression or rebound a click or two and see how that change works.

I DO NOT like running the 'recommended settings' EVER, on street tires on the street or any other application.
Do a search, I have made tons of posts about ballpark setups and went into more detail.
For simple reference (even for your street tires) set them at ~
Compression F&R: 1-2 sweeps (from full stiff)
Rebound Front: 3-5 clicks (from full stiff)
Rebound Rear: 5-7 clicks (from full stiff)
I'm confident you will like the ride quality and handling much better.

Compression: 2 sweeps from full stiff all around.
Front rebound: 3 clicks from full stiff
Rear rebound: 5 clicks from full stiff
It's significantly stiffer and more planted than my previous setup:
Compression: 3 sweeps from full stiff all around.
Front rebound: 3 clicks from full stiff
Rear rebound: 6 clicks from full stiff
I'm probably going to back the rear down to 6 clicks on the rebound to get a bit more neutral feel in the corners(currently a bit oversteer happy) since I'm running nonstaggered 245's.

Softening the rear rebound will actually make your car looser under lift-throttle, and shouldn't make any difference under throttle unless it inadvertently changes your compression damping as well, so I'd consider a different change if you're trying to tame the back end.
What would u suggest?

When is the car loose? Corner entry? Midcorner? Corner exit? Is it loose in transition, steady state, or both? If just one, what's its behavior in the other state?
