Any body know if toda header + hfc + litespec 70mm WITH silencer will make the sound restriction??
litespec is slightly louder than greddy ti-c 70mm but a lot quieter than the js 70rr and t1r 70rt and all other super loud ones!!
I can put on silencer and stock cat but I really don't know how quiet it then will be =(
Gosh anybody in LA has a noise meter that I can borrow??
perhaps I need a monkey tail too... any good muffler shop near 626 area!??

You guys think stock intake, ASM 70mm, Toda header, and 70mm testpipe will pass?

^ASM 70mm is actually pretty loud with test pipe. I would bring a cat just in case.
With this setup I have no issues on throttle at Laguna:

AP1
Comptech Intake
Stock Header
70mm TP
ASM SS 70mm

No way my Kent Works will pass sound. It's freaking loud w/ cat and louder w/o cat.
