I thought stock AP1 wheels were lighter than what the OP posted.
Here are the OEM wheel weights:

USDM wheels front: 17.5 rear: 18.6

JDM BBS wheels front: 13.3 rear: 14.3

The O.Z. Wheels are Stock legal for the AP2. Just because they are not spot on the offset doesn't make them illegal. There is a variable on offset that is in the SCCA rule book.

Then it wouldn't be legal. The AP2 stock offsets are 55mm front and 65mm rear, I am pretty sure. You would need to take almost 5mm off the center of the wheel to be legal. I don't think I would be willing to remove that much.
oh i know, its not THAT much lol. Well see when the wheel comes in though.

It's within 1/4", which some people approximate as 6mm. It's actually 6.35mm if you want to be exact.

I don't see a problem with talking about AP2 wheels, since the question about AP1 wheels got answered way up at the top of the thread.

thats not much at all, enough to make a visable difference. I guess i never understood why the SCCA cared about the offset of the wheel. Does it do anything for performance when we are talking such low numbers of stock size?

Having a small tolerance allows you to use aftermarket wheels that are almost the same as stock, without giving you room to go crazy.
