Default Looking for Car Carrier

Any ideas concerning rental of a car carrier for my cross country move? I am looking for a way to tow my S2000 behind my SUV. Thanks.

I saw that post; great price. However, my first choice is to rent. My wife and I are moving to Charlotte, NC, from Los Angeles.

Well, if you were moving to within a couple hundred miles of here, I was gonna offer to buy it off you when you're done.

You're in Texas? I might be able to meet you somewhere between Texas and North Carolina...

Not feasible, due to the price of gas. It's 1100 miles between the 2 places, so by the time we met halfway and drove back, it's 2200 miles. At 20c per mile for gas, that's $440 in gas between the both of us.

If you go the U-Haul route, you'll need to lie to them about what kind of car you're carrying as their computers show the S2000 as too low to get on their carrier.
