take some advice from me...

I had a "cheap" wing... it worked but they are heavy, hard to mount, hard to adjust... and dare I say ugly.

to each their own... but try to get one that mounts as far out on the trunk as possible. (the mounts are as wide on the trunk as possible)

Im just gona do it right and get a S2k specific wing. (probably the GTC 200)

I have the GTC 200 (universal). My experience is that it's a more stable ride, I like it. I wish I had read a bit more about the mounting of it before I had it mounted. I would've had it mounted further back and using the outermost mounting points rather than where it's mounted now. As it is, I'll probably wind up just buying a second trunk lid and having the wing remounted on my current trunk lid and the holes repaired. >50mph I can see the wing moving as the trunk lid flexes.

You should've reinforced the trunk before mounting the wing. You can actually still do it now, just install or weld in metal bars and you sould be fine; that's what i'll be doing.
