I do bodybuilding and have been out of it for a while due to shoulder injury, I'm currently through a cutting phase so know all about losing fat etc for me though its about retaining muscle as much muscle but losing as much fat and its a very difficult diet and i eat about 20g of carbs with each meal at the moment but still 200g (raw) protein.

Its bloody hard
That takes a lot of dedication. I have a lot of respect for you. I can't stick to a strict diet, but I have found that managing weight is very easy. The only reason I stopped gaining weight at 195lbs was that my legs were making my drive back from the gym very difficult. I had to really squeeze into my seats. I ended up just switching cars. Also.. I had only one pair of pants that fit. Building muscle can get expensive very quickly.

I am really enjoying eating a low calorie diet. It is great for my budget. My grocery bill is about %60 what it used to be. I am not experiencing any hungry moments either because I am spreading five 500 calorie meals throughout the day. Also, some of my pants are starting to fit.

As far as the car goes, I hope to get a light weight hardtop for the S2000 in the next couple weeks.

I have followed leangain's style intermittent fasting cut for weight loss for about 16 weeks. So far results have been great and it is very easy to adhere to.
