i'm a low intermediate driver at best. i still have a whole lot to learn, and i think street tires are better for that. r-comps would just mask my errors and mistakes. it would definitely be faster to run nt-01s, but in the long run from a learning stand point, i think it's in my better interest to stay on street tires for now.
as an added bonus, i don't have to clutch my ass the whole way home if we run into rain, which happens more often than you'd think.
