I want to buy a Greddy TI-C 70 mm Single cat-back Exhaust for my AP1 and get it installed in the Los Angeles area, the closer to Redondo Beach the better.

Are there any dealers here that also do install? I could order it for shipping on the internet but if somebody can get it here quick, that's better for me.

I want it installed no later than Friday June 11 because I'm running the S2K Challenge at WSIR on June 12 (test day), and June 13 (Challenge). Thanks.
I think either Gotuning or Evasive usually has them in stock. They can also probably do the install at their shops too.

Also, do you think the car will make the 92dB sound limit at Laguna Seca with the Greddy TI-C 70 mm single? The July Challenge event is there and I don't want to have to switch out exhausts again just to make the stupid noise limit there.

Some free mods worth doing on an AP1

Stiffer front sway (but I think you disconnected the rear?)
High flow cat.
BSK (Im doing mine this wekend finally)

Good weight mods.
Light exhaust..6lbs or so. Check a thread in the R&C on modding your stock
Pass seat removed.

I think these would net some good gains that you will notice.
One of the best bangs for you buck is a lightweight battery. I saved 20 lbs for $100.

The web db ratings on you toob FWIW are over 110. A morning cloud layer and you would be hosed, the weight reduction is good though.

I also have a 70mm and concerned about Laguna Seca. What is the silencer? Can you link to a seller's site?

Maxrev said ASM 70mm and T1R 70-REM pass the sound limits. The Ti-C won't...

Jim,
Bought it used from Nam. Silencer came with exhaust.

Feel free to come check it out at WSIR next week-end.

How about some light track wheels? I would probably do that if I had an ap1. Maybe 17x9 all around with your 235/255 combo. I'm thinking about doing this if and when I switch up to street class.

How easy is it to remove the passenger seat?
2 bolts Front (12mm socket), 2 bolts RR (14mm)...can be done in 2 min.

PM QuagmireS2k (he has a J's 60RS for sale, Super light)
I almost bought it but ended up welding my old one back together...
However, I ran the J's (with a header/TP) at Laguna and had to add an extra "bend" (silencer "plug"=power restriction) :
