MTV "Fast Enuff"
MTV's doing a 1hr show called "FAST ENUFF"
It's a driving competition open to the first 3500 people at each audition. You'll drive a Neon, with Skip Barber instructors shotgun, through an autox. They'll weed out a bunch of people from that. Move on to an interview. Those who pass that interview will move onto a recorded interview with the casting people. They'll do background checks and pick 3 people from each casting call to go to the Skip Barber School. These 15 will be narrowed down to 5 for the show.
It's open to 18-34 year olds.
From what I hear on another board everyone at the west coast audition who presented a valid dl, 18-34 got a chance to drive. Hitting a cone, going off course, stalling or spinning was immediate failure. You are on the clock with no idea of your run time. 2 laps at probably 30seconds per. I also heard they asked some weird interview questions like which MTV personality would you want to be marooned on a desert island with.

Jesse and Jason Mineheart are going to try out in hoston on their way to nationals this saturday. I'm going to try to dig someone up to drive to richmond with me to try out on the 21st. Jesse is up right now watching MTV for the first time since he's been at UF trying to learn the VJ names.

Though I'll take on anyone in a Neon on an autox course - I raced against the ACR's all year last year in DS.

You and Brian could go to the Houston audition on the way to Nats too. It would just add an extra day to the trip.
