Default NASA HC1 suggestions

I'm trying to find out what the best options are for my suspension setup for this season in Honda Challenge. I could keep my current setup(KW V3), but I'd have to take a 75lb penalty for the external reservoirs. Would I be better off switching to something not quite as good and not taking the extra weight? Or would it be more beneficial to spend more money, and get something better, within reason. I can't afford 10k coilovers, and wouldn't know how to use them to there potential. Just wondered what some of you guys with more experience would suggest.

If I was building a car from scratch, I would do the JRZ lower end line. Double adjustable, and no reservoirs. i would do something else and not take a 75lb hit.

I agree about not taking the weight hit. Every component has an easier task at a lighter weight- brakes, tires, etc.

Just curious... what do those cost and where can you get them?

You need all the acceleration you can get....... swap to single body.

hybrids own S2000's on acceleration.

Scot - do you still use the Tein RA? If so, how do you like it?

I called JRZ today because the site doesn't list a kit or price for the S. I was told the RS would be good, and would start around $3800, for shocks not including anything else. There are still some for sale in the FS forum, but I haven't heard back from that guy. I realize that these shocks are worth the money, but at my level, I think the money could be better spent.

i have never had anything but Tein Ra's so I am not a very good person to ask. they seem fine to me but I have no idea what I am missing with other suspension choices.

I got mine new for ~$1600 delivered if it matters...
