especially after Bitterman offered such a great deal on his.

I don't think I'd have been happy with the Miata... too much of a compromise on the faster tracks, although I still think they're kick a$$ little toys.

It looks like I've already located a complete rear end (sub frame and all) from a car that was wrecked in the front. So far... the automotive gods are smiling on me

gee Asura... soon I may actually have more spare parts in my garage than you do!

Thought I'd post an update...

He won't be ready for BW unfortunately. A bad VTEC solenoid and a missing abs wire combined to delay things a few more days.

I do have some pics...

Here's the new rear end about to go in:

That installed, (and the track wheels that'll have to get swapped with the Spa tomorrow AM.) the exhaust and front suspension as well...

Here's the dilemma... the title came back CLEAR, not salvage. Now I'm not so anxious to strip it... (no flames... well not too many) It's going to be darned near perfect, and it's got fewer miles than my Spa. I've never seen a dark green S... always thought it would look great with a tan interior...

The bank still owns 7/8 of the Spa, so I can't really make that into a track car...

If only all our problems in life could be this pleasant...

One possibility is to sell one and then buy a salvage.
