North American alignment - different?

One of the things I saw in the early press was that the alignment for the North American S2Ks might be different. european cars were especially twitchy.
I don't know if I believe there was a different setting for us, but it does happen with a lot of Japanese and European cars.
- can anybody comment on that?
- would somebody in europe, Japan, or Australia tell us their stock specs?

I'm assuming (?) that spring rates and dampening are the same...

This has come up a few times over the last year and thus far no one has identified any difference.
