How frequently do those who track their S2K's change their oil?

After every track day? Every 3,000 miles?

Also, any mod's to the viscosity, or 10-30W synthetic?

Do I need to change the oil after the track event this coming weekend? If so, do I need to change the oil filter too? I just changed my oil/filter this past weekend for the track.
