Opinions on the Hondata IMG?
CT engineering make something similar for K series engine and include it on their Supercharger package. The materials are weird, paper like. I've used it on my race car for 4 years now to great success. The only problem is it is not reusable if you run coolant through it. The materials stick and come apart if you disassemble your intake manifold with coolant running through it. Similar with TB gasket that Honda uses. One time use only.
I'll email Nate to ask what kind of material they uses.

I just run the stock one. You guys might want to run a phenolic gasket if you're looking for something that won't melt. It's a pretty common material for intake manifold gaskets.
I did have a hondata gasket on my supercharged rsx for a couple years though. It did deform a little, but not too bad. Then again, the rsx head doesn't have a coolant port to worry about sealing.
Not sure there's much to be gained on a road race car though. More for drag racers, and stoplight racing guys if you ask me, stuff where you're stopped for a short while and don't want the intake manifold to heat soak.
