Oversteer
Sure but it's usually driver-induced. Hitting VTEC while at the limit of adhesion is a sure-fire way of making the pointy end go last. Running with tires that don't have enough additional width in the rear is a formula for oversteer which is one major reason that folks autocrossing the car use a big ass front swaybar.
It depends on the exact scenario as to why there's oversteer. Most of the street crashes you read about here are likely due to folks who are used to FWD and not truly understanding RWD characteristics getting crazy (showing off??) and causing the car to oversteer. That's not the car's fault...
