Default Paging Karner

Don't know your/his ID so....

I've bought up the KW coilovers, wing, wheels etc from Webstore. I was hoping for some information on what swaybar setup you were running with the shocks, etc...

Karner's board name is slick rick, but I don't think he visits this site much if any.

What are the current spring rates? We can try and point you in the right direction...

Shocks are KW competition double adjustables with 1142lbs/in front and 913lbs/in rear springs. Spring rates seem backwards?

Car:
245F/275R 18"
Rear bumpsteer kit
Wing
Hardtop
Stock swaybars, no camber kit...

I'll have a much better understanding of where I need to go after the first race, but it doesn't look like time will allow a test day before then. I'm hoping to get in the ballpark so to speak.

Bill

Higher front spring rates are normal on an S2K.

Run the stock bars. What model year is your car?

With those spring rates, could he consider running without any swaybars? I would think that 1142 lb/in springs in front is more than stock swaybar + 800 lb/in springs. We already know that he can run without the rear bar, esp. with 913 lb/in springs. Something I've wondered about doing myself.
