I'm still not sure what you are trying to prep it for. I don't believe there is a "right" answer for the S2000 (at least not a reasonable price ) .

Can you say what is "wrong" with the car (like what is making you think something needs to change)? Maybe if you can diagnose some of the problems the guys with experience with different suspension setups could make a informed suggestion as to what will help it.
i would like to reduce body roll and find the spring rates to be a little low for my feel.

Oversteer at normal driving is twitchy, at faster track speeds it seems progressive and controllable.

i dont participate in a race series or compete competively at auto-x, but i enjoy my track days and have the luxury of not needs an overly practicle car. Hence my build is going to be geared to more track/auto-x over comfort/daily driving.

I don't know how Canadian classing works, but those mods would move you up to B Street Prepared in the States, while still resulting in a car slower than a fully prepped A Stock S2000 (due to your choice of non-hardcore R-compound rubber).

I'd save the money and buy some V710s or A6s.
id opt for proper R's but my 32r's are my summer dailies as well....
