Default Problem Getting Max Camber

Maybe not purely race related, but I am chasing proper camber for STR.

For a year I was maxed out in stock class at 1 degree in my front right . After talking with alvanderp, I replaced the lower A-Arms and bushings. The bushings were totally torn and I suspected a bent lower arm. I got some camber back, but not all of it. It now maxes at 1.3. Front left maxes out at 2.3 which is reasonable I think.

My alignment guy took some measurements and found a difference that he suspects is a bent knuckle. I borrowed an internet picture to show the measurement he took. He found it to be 3/16ths greater on the front right, essentially adding positive camber.

Any idea of what this could be from? I'm guessing the previous owner smacked a curb. on the lower edge of the wheel and bent something. Anyone know what all could have bent? There weren't any noticeable stress cracks on the knuckle itself to indicate it is bent.

I'm not really familiar with what hardware exists between the knuckle and the rotor that could have possibly bent to create the difference side to side.

Any help would be appreciated. The first event is coming up!

It's the knuckle there is nothing else that could cause that measurement to be off. I suspect it is bent in other locations too, that would not be the first place it would bend.

by suspect "it" is bent in other places, do you mean the suspension? (a-arms, brackets, etc?)

My lower A-Arm is new. The upper A-arm is the original, but I have a spare upper arm with a camber kit on it to overcome the issue if needed. The upper brackets didn't appear to be pulled out from the frame at all, but I can no longer double check since they have all been re-welded for stock class and undercoated.

No, I meant the knuckle sorry I should have clarified. The upper A-Arm would have been under tension and most likely would have broken the ball joint before stretching/breaking. I would say replace the knuckle and you should be fine

Thanks for the input! Our season is fast approaching. I'm trying to get this alignment sorted as soon as possible!
