Orthonormal,
Were talking dealer installed Honda OEM front spoiler, side strakes and rear trunk spoiler which were options that every dealer offered to every buyer. I think I will keep the car as is and mabey go to a divisional event. The protest does not cost me any $ just a piece of wood. BTW I have spent the $ on the legal options of a Grendon Sway bar, Aso4's, Stainless exhaust, & agressive alignment. As a newby I'm having trouble rationalizing use of legal DOT Hoosiers vs. illegal OEM appearence items. Getting wiser with age.

No news until the official legally approved announcement in December? That's a few months from now.
Isn't there someplace on the web where a conference call transcript or a brief synopsis of the SEB recommendation to the BOD is available? Yes it's not the final decision, and it's a recommendation, but it certainly would be a worthwhile data point on which to consider personal decisions. I would sure appreciate the link if there is one.
I realize that no one wants to say the wrong thing, and this has been difficult for everyone, but can someone please provide some info as to what has been recommended?
Kind Regards, Chris

If you check out the sccaforums, you'll see that they're going to release the information prior to the December meeting. As Ron Bauer said, "we'll get the information out to the masses very soon!!"

Update from Andy Hollis:
Steve
we just got the first draft of the minutes *today* from the secretary. We understand the sense of urgency and frustration but please allow time for the process to go through.

The November Fastrack obviously didn't have this info in it when it was posted a couple of weeks ago, so we are waiting for the December Fastrack to be posted to hear what has been recommended regarding our cars -- unless there is someplace other than Fastrack to look for this information???
Kind Regards, Chris
