Default Questions about Wheel spacers...Alignment ?

I am currently installing a Brembo GT Brake kit on my 18 in. Volk TE 37's +48 offset front......and had to order H&R 15mm wheel spacers to clear the calipers and now have the longer studs installed and ready to go.....my questions are 1st do i have to widen the rear track also because what is the car going to handle like now with the front track being 30mm wider than the rear track??? and also what is this going to do to my alignment and does anyone know what specs i should start out with when i get it aligned?? Thanks for any help

That i am going to have to find out ........if it doesn't i will have the spacers milled down at a machine shop to the exact spec i need for the caliper/wheel clearance......the 5mm spacer wasn't enough so i had to buy the 15mm ones and it seems a bit too much...what a pain in the ass this Brembo GT kit has been.....i had no idea that my offset Volks wouldn't even clear them!! But now my concern is getting the right alignment.....and whats it going to handle like being that the spacers are on the front track and not the rear?? Any one out there running Brembo Grand Turismos that had similar problems??

i have a brembo gt kit but i have prodrive gc07cs 17x7.5 with +48 offset.. i have about 5 mm clearance with this setup.. i looked into wheels carefully before buying knowing that i would be upgrading the brakes. spoke design plays a big role in bbk fitment.

The spacers should not affect alignment. Handling is another story. Widening out the front track will make a nuetral car oversteer.

How much do you think it will make the car oversteer...because i have a Comptech Competition front sway bar which is 5-way adjustable and i have it 200% stiffer right on the middle setting which eliminated the stock oversteer problem the S is known for and it is currently nuetral.....the max it will go is 280% stiffer on the last of the 5 settings.....would that be enough?? THANKS for the info

I'm positive it will NOT change it that much. Maybe one position on the swaybar if that.
