I have an ORC (Ogura Racing) Super Single Clutch - http://www.oguraclutch.co.jp/orc/orc_index.html. Converts from a pull to push type and includes it's own clutch slave cylinder, fork, clutchline, etc. We've used ORC and OS Giken clutches in many 600-1100+hp Supras and they've held up fine without any problems. Main reason I picked one up was due to the fact they last longer than many clutches out there and handle tones of abuse. No starter or stalling problems either. I forgot the exact weight but total clutch assembly was almost or just as heavy as OEM flywheel alone.

Rob & Walter has driven my car couple times with this clutch. It's a bit sensitive on street tires, but with r-comps it's fine. Here are some pics.

Does it rattle at all? Are any of these high performance clutches that you guys use quiet? Thanks.

Tim

Just finished installing my exedy hyper single. Just the perfect clutch kit I've been looking for. Good bite and shiftings alot better at high revs.
Rev's up faster too

Bryan.....do YOU race your car?

Now do you drive it on the street?

(I already know the answer to both these questions)

Anyhoo, Krazik, I think the Fidanza would be a good flywheel for you but probably not for the other guy that I replied too. He specifically said he drives 20,000 miles on the street a year. I just don't know why I am catching hell for looking out for this guy.

I know we can give sweet deals on the Exedy setup and it is a great unit. PP, disc and FW, only thing you need is the bearing...

here is the stuff i ran on my M3 race car: www.powertraintech.com, I think I had 5.5" set up and it worked great. you just can't slip it if you want it to last, but it was pretty easy to drive the car around the paddock and I actually drove it in and out of trailer too. these guys rebuild it for free too.

the single plates seem to do very well with FI/track s2k's, that would be my choice if my car was in that 'class'.

for an na I seem to read that a comptech fw, act pp, and stock did seems to be one of the best setups.
