Default Racing ECU

Guys-

I am moving to an F22 motor in my track only car. Is there any other option other than the AEM EMS for the F22? I loved the Mugen with my F20, but they don't currently offer an ECU for the F22. I can't run a stock ECU because all of the emissions stuff is removed and I would have continual CELs.

Ult. E-manage is not a stand-alone which I think is what you are needing/asking for. Whether you can piggyback it with the mugen and make the appropriate adjustments to tune the F22 is out of my realm of knowledge. Good luck though!!

That's make sense. You are correct, I am looking for a standalone unit that does not need to be tuned - like the Mugen N1 ECU.

My only issue is that I need to be ready for next season - I will wait as long as I can, but need to have something in the car come April. I can always go with the AEM and that is a great system, but I am going to hold out as long as I can.

Maybe check with J's racing since they were already using the F22C in their cars.

i just changed to a AEM EMS and it was truly plug and play. i plugged it in and tuner played. <2 hr initial dyno no issues, xcept slow to fire over, but always starts. Its straight forward if u have an experienced tuner.

How do I get in touch with J's racing? Do I need to go through a US retailer?
