It depends on how you like to drive your car. If you like oversteer then go the the same psi all around. I you want a little understeer drop the rear pressure about 3 to 4 psi. I ran RE01 for about 4 track sessions. I found that there best hot psi to run it at is 36 to 38 hot. I would do some warm up laps and then come in to set your psi.

Ok. That is helpful. 36 to 38 hot should be around the 28 - 30 cold, right?

i drove to the track with 37 cold... then as i went around the track i dropped the pressure to 38 hot.... easier to have too much air than not enough.
I was running on RE01-Rs .... Great tires for the track....
I find they take a good couple laps before getting to their best operating temp.....

I have your exact tires and setup. I set them cold at 34 front and 33 rear to aim for 39 front 38 rear hot. How hot a day and track determines if I have to bleed them down to get the desired hot temp. Good, good tires. Very predictable, communicative and forgiving. They're good the whole session.

Same here. Drop them to about 30 cold to see 36-7 hot.

Thanks for all the input guys... there seems to be a general consense about hot pressure... around 36 to 38psi so I guess for starters I will aim at that.

Just out of curiosity what do you guys run on the street? Do you go for the recommended 32psi or something else on these tires?
