Another thing to note, which doesn't really have a price value for some, but I don't like to spend a lot of time working on my car when I don't have to. I would hate having to do rotors and pads as often as your mention. Pads on my wilwood kit lasted 2 seasons (around 40 days total with street driving to and from) and I am still on the same rotor rings 3 years later.
