My race car weights 2357 lbs wet when corner balanced. Half tank gas. W/o driver. Completely gutted with chromly cage. W pass seat. It's extremely hard to get under 2300 lbs. I have no extra coolers either and I do endurance and time attack events. Never needed extra coolers tbh. Btw the brides have been replaced with sparcos.

 

Man that's nice! we are hoping to be at 2600lbs and that's pushing it.

2600lbs with myself in it and a full tank of gas. i'm sorry I should have clarified that. The Cage and turbo add a nice chunk of weight.

 

ok that makes sense. With me in it it's prob around 2500 pounds.

 

I need to figure out how much I can cut out. Would be phenomenal to get to a 2400lbs competition weight. o_o

 

im doing a full race gut whenever I have time. Prob after summer. Ripping the dash out, ripping all the wiring out then re wiring the car with only needed things. Then cutting out the rear end like asm and prob do the plasma holes in the entire car. With driver 2400 is a dreAm I need to make a reality lol.

Speaking of seats we are actually about to start a seating chart test of all the seats we have in stock. I'm a heavier guy (5'10 215lbs) so i know how finding seats can be tough.
