Looks like he has a half cage if his build thread is up to date.

Yeah, I'd like to know how you got that light as well. I don't even have a full cage or any AC/Heat stuff and my car is just over 2600... How much sheet metal did you cut out of that thing? I can't imagine it being possible to take another 100 + lbs out. The only things I could take off are the bumper bars, after that I would have to start cutting (more than I already have)

Your car is probably 70# more just because of turbo, Plus your wheel/tire package is probably another 20#, active rear aero another 5# or so, adds up.

I don't think rob has cut any metal, yet.

My car was dead on 2400lbs at Nationals last fall, with a full tank of gas, but with the hardtop off.

I have a mild steel steel half cage (and I'm using the heaver DOM because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get the car under 2400lbs Oh well)

Anyways, nothing is cut yet. It's just fully stripped. Pretty much anything and everything I could remove, both inside and outside I took off and was pretty diligent about choosing light weight parts. As is, the car has full glass, AC / heat, and other minor accessories still like the air pump. Once I cage the car for W2W, I plan on cutting it up and getting rid of every thing!

I will add that the windshield frame and windshield is 33 lbs total.
I would replace the windshield with a lighter one but I wouldn't touch the frame because it actually palys a big role in roll overs. I've seen many pictures of those windshield frames supporting the car in rolls and I think it's integrated with the frame of the car.

Just put some new springs and re-valved shocks on my car and realized its actually 2600 with me in it. Good to know I don't have 200lbs of lead hidden in my chassis somewhere

Are you running a standalone to turn off the Cel light? I want to do this bad, I have my GT motoring kit (kept it just for the block off) but I don't want to throw a code.
