4 off is not faster. We've confirmed it.

Had a great time! Was crazy having that many competitors in Mod Class (or any class ever for that matter) but I loved every minute of it! Thanks for the quick writeup!
P.S. +1 on RE71R - I gained 1.5s on a traffic filled lap from my personal best last month.

So I finally uploaded two videos. One with the GT Radial HPY (300TW) and one with the Bridgestone RE71R. Imperious Rex was generous enough to let me use the RE71Rs for a session and I must say, the grip is mindblowing. I've been driving on GT Radial tires for the whole year so my idea of grip is very skewed. It definitely took some time to get used to the grip differences.
HPY - 2:03
Recorded around 6-7th lap when tires were pretty greasy but there was a significant amount of traffic early on so it was incredibly difficult to put down a cleaner lap. Winmax W6 pads overpower the HPY so I was really searching for that fine line between ABS and no ABS. You can even watch me think about aborting the lap from time to time as I put some lackluster effort on some corners.

RE71R - 2:00
Recorded on the 6th lap after everyone that was blocking me finally let me go. Tires were a little greasy and I spent some time trying to cool them down. Brakes were fading due to the drawn out session so I had to keep them in check. All speeds were 4-5mph slower entry with the RE71R because I was "overslowing" for the corner. I moved out of the way for the blue CR at the end to reduce the drafting benefits and to record data in a closer apples to apples comparison between RE71R and HPY.

Hopefully one day I can join the sub-2 crowd, but maybe I need to add a headerback exhaust to the car so I can get closer to the weight limit?
