Default Saner Fabrication Contact

Hey guys, I wasn't quite sure where to post this, please let me know if there is a better forum.

I ordered a Saner front anti-roll bar a while back. They said they had it in stock and would send me the shipping information when they sent it out. Well, they charged my card but no shipping information and no bar yet.

I have been trying to call them at 772-873-9222 but just keep getting the voice mail. Apparently, their web site, http://sanerperffab.com/ , is also down. I know people have had trouble in the past waiting for their bars, but that's not the problem. The problem is that they've taken my money and have provided no proof of the product.

I would realy hate to have to call up the credit card company to cancel the charge, does anybody know what the deal is with these guys? Does anyone have another way I can contact them?

Saner has always come thru, just be willing to wait a LOOOONG time.

Yeah, I called them when I bought my bar (used) from someone else on the board, as I needed new spacers. I left tons of messages, got no response and finally had to get them made at a machine shop.

I wouldn't buy so much as a paper clip from Saner Fab. A great price is nothing when the customer service sucks so bad.

Maybe I've been lucky, or maybe my phone number is just one digit off of his mom's number, but I've always gotten through and had good service from him. The product still sucks, but at least he's been okay to deal with.
