A 3g eclipse would be perfect (longer strap), but I didn't want to be a guinea pig or waste $10 on testing at the time.
Well, guess I'll be the guinea pig... just ordered the 3g Eclipse rear receivers from ebay. Should be here by beginning of next week. I'll update as to whether they work or not.

The 2g buckle works pretty well with my setup although I did have to flip it for the reason you mention.

Right on. Thanks. Let me know please. Look forward to hearing your thoughts, as I still haven't pulled the trigger.

I received the 3g Eclipse (specifically 2001) rears today and they DO NOT work. The female opening is not large enough for the buckle to fit in. It's too small by about 1/4". It's a shame too because they are the perfect length.

Well damn. Back to the drawing board of figuring out what the best system is. Suppose I should call that extender website. Thanks for trying that out. Keep me posted if you figure something out, and I'll do the same. Seems an extender would work. Enter than a buckle poking in like the 2g one above. Don't want a pressure point on my hip. Would rather it extend out through the hole a few inches further so I can grab and buckle it together

I recently installed Corbeau seats in my AP1 and ran into this problem. I made a solid bracket as an extender and it does allow the stock belt to engage however, it is not ideal; simply too rigid for comfort. I called Innovations Unlimited and spoke with a friendly guy name Bert who assured me that his product will fit an AP1 and that it is NOT the same as the AP2 extender. The AP1 uses a different flange (38mm long by 30mm wide and the center cut out is also different).
The 4Extender site (same people) offers the AP1 extender and I just ordered a pair for $60 plus $7 to ship. He did say they are on temp back order until May 15. I'll find out in 2 weeks if it works.

Honda S2000 Seat Belt Extender
You can come in here with your condescension all you want but those do not work for S2000s. I know, I've got a pair sitting on the desk right beside me. And if you had clicked the link and actually finished the drop down menus with all of the right information you would see that it states: "We're sorry, but there isn't an Extender made for this exact location. Please try our Bolt-in Extender: http://www.seatbeltextenderpros.com/bolt-in-car-seat-belt-extender". Which is also a bust because all that does is lengthen the male end further. To get the pair that I have, I had to select "2nd Row Middle/Window" and they definitely do not fit.

S2KIan is correct. Seat belt extender pros do NOT have a product that works with an AP1. (except the solid extender which you can make in your garage for peanuts)

If you need the flexible ones ASAP and are willing to spend $50 each, you can call Ballade in SoCal as they have them in stock for immediate delivery.
