Default Speed of exhaust gases?

Google engineers calculate between 100-200mph. kinda vague and not specific to our car. Trying to find potential benefits of an exhaust blown winglet, similar to that of formula 1, but better because we dont have crazy restrictions like them. Exhaust diameter of 70mm. and an exhaust tip of 100mm. Any engineers in here?

A "monkey seat" won't make any real downforce on the back of a car because it is shrouded by the entire car body. Just the exhaust being directed up isn't really going to make much downforce, and it's easy to calculate it. You'd want to do it with the exhaust itself anyway, and not on a tiny airfoil.

if you want to calculate it, it'd be F=sin(angle of exhaust relative to horizontal) * exhaust area * average total pressure in exhaust tip (this will probably be <1 psi for an aftermarket exhaust).

The F1 monkey seat makes a tiny bit of downforce by entraining much more air than just the exhaust flow into the airfoil, and then getting some interaction with the rear wing. It's also not very efficient, which is why many top teams try to stay away from it on higher speed tracks.
