If they're in the dumpster you don't want them. You can buy the slicks the teams use for qualifying or practice. Sometimes they are barely used.

The problem w/ them is they don't always have the sizes you might want. It's complete hit and miss. I know dave just used his first set. I plan to find some for bw.

yokos are really only imported in 1 size in 17". its a 235. If you want to run the same tire all around you can

As we've both said over and over. There is a reason, dave, will and myself run 18"s It's really the only size you can reliably get good slicks in.

You can of course order them from japan in 16 and 17".

I buy my yokos from Trackside Performance in SoCal. I don't have a # handy tho.

Yes importing you're gonna need to buy atleast 10 sets. If you don't mind waiting Trackside might include you in their next order (guess), but I can't imagine they order that often.

What happened to Dave's old set of 17" Dunlop slicks (one of which broke off at Sears), and can 17" Dunlops still be purchased anywhere? (just in case I might want to try slicks )
